OVERVIEW
This Advanced Master Class provides an overview of the organisational, business, systems and people requirements in the development, procurement and management of a simulation operation and lifecycle.
Participants will learn knowledge to make better and more informed decisions as managers and operational leads.
This unit takes a holistic approach by focussing on the needs and cost benefit analysis for procurement including determining capability requirements, resource allocation, assessing budget and financial risk.
Participants will learn how to develop a simulation business proposal and gain an insight into contracting, governance and compliance requirements. The unit will focus on the human dimensions of project and people management, including stakeholder relationships, monitoring performance and deliverables, risk and task management, establishing teams, workplace culture and protocols.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
On successfully completing this unit, participants will be able to:
